Juan Butler

Juan Butler has helped lead GamePlan through some of its greatest growth. Juan joined GamePlan in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer and head of the recruiting department where he established GamePlan's financial and operating infrastructure. After being promoted to President, Juan led GamePlan through its acquisition by Allianz, one of the world's largest financial services providers. GamePlan continues to be Allianz's highest producing FMO in the country.

Tim Komis

Tim Komis oversees GamePlan's marketing, recruiting and internal employee training. Tim's primary focus is on managing the continuing education of the entire GamePlan staff. When Tim joined the company in 2002, he immediately developed and systemized the company's internal training program. With his leadership, GamePlan was able to scale from 16 to 60 people while keeping all employees up to date on new products and industry issues. Tim is also charged with overseeing GamePlan's in-house marketing department, which provides custom marketing plans and ongoing, individualized marketing support to GamePlan's independent advisors.

Stephen Odom

Stephen Odom is responsible for leading GamePlan's annuity sales coaches. He also leads GamePlan's broker/dealer development program, which provides broker/dealers with sales support of Allianz products through 35 strategic alliances around the country. Stephen joined GamePlan in 2001 as Director of Field Marketing. Promoted to Director of Sales in 2002, he immediately helped GamePlan advisors write $45 million in new policies. By 2004, Stephen was promoted to Vice President of Sales and increased his agents' sales by 129 percent over the previous year to become GamePlan's and Allianz's top FMO sales representative in the country with $209 million in annuity business.

Greg Spaeth

Senior Vice President of Life and Long-Term Care

Greg Spaeth joined GamePlan from Allianz in 2006, where he was as a senior sales trainer specializing in Life, LTC and Annuities. Tasked with developing a Life and LTC program for GamePlan advisors to offer their clients, Greg grew the Life and LTC department’s revenue 189 percent in the first year he was with the company. In 2007, his department helped GamePlan advisors to sell more than $5 million in Life premiums and another $1 million in LTC premiums. Greg is also credited with creating a unique partnership between Allianz and Penn Treaty that streamlines the LTC application process for GamePlan advisors. The result is an extremely efficient program for the agents and the carriers where GamePlan advisors place about 90 percent of LTC applications, which is nearly twice the industry average.
